Our adventure starts long before you say “I do”! We’ll kick things off with a friendly chat – either over Zoom or grab a coffee together, if you fancy! You can tell me all about your love story and how you envision your big celebration. I’m all ears and excited to hear every detail.
I’m here to soak up all your ideas, help you pick the perfect photography package, and together we’ll whip up a wedding timeline that works just for you. Think of me as your personal wedding buddy – sharing stories to make sure we focus on what’s most important to you two lovebirds!
As your big day approaches, we can plan an engagement shoot or a pre-wedding hangout, and chat as much as you want! I like to keep things organised, so you’ll have your own little online hub – it’s like your wedding HQ where you can find everything – emails, contracts, and timelines—all in one handy spot!
On your Wedding day
When your big day finally arrives, I’ll be there to capture your love story and sprinkle a little extra magic to keep everything running smoothly. If your dress needs zipping, you need a refreshing drink, or a last-minute lipstick touch-up, I’m on it.
When it comes to photography, your wishes come first. Want two hours of couple time for photos? Fantastic! Prefer just a quick 20-minute session? Absolutely! I’ve been around the block enough times to roll with any schedule while still capturing the magic.
My goal is to make sure your day feels as joyful, authentic, and carefree as it looks in the photos.
After the Celebration
And here’s the exciting part – just 72 hours after your wedding, you’ll get a sneak peek of 20 amazing images! While you’re busy soaking up the joy of being newlyweds, I’ll be going through all the photos from your day, tossing out any that didn’t make the cut (like that one with everyone blinking).
Every single photo gets my special touch to make sure it looks as great as it felt in the moment.
In just 12 weeks, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery, which will be packed with both high-res and low-res photos. You can share this with family and friends and download all your beautiful shots with full printing rights – yayyy! Plus, as a sweet bonus, I’ll send you a box of lovely 6×4 prints.
And if you’re up for it, we can collaborate to create stunning prints or design a custom album together. Let’s turn your wonderful memories into something special that you can cherish for years to come!

To lock in your wedding date, all we need is a signed contract and a booking fee (50% of your package). After that, I’m completely yours! This means we’ll be sharing tons of texts and GIFs, and we’ll become great friends along the way.

1. I'm a bit shy and feel awkward in front of the camera – can you help us feel more comfortable during the photoshoot?
I totally understand. Don’t worry – making you feel at ease is my secret superpower. Even my husband, who’s also a bit awkward in front of the lens, has found his groove with me behind the camera. Most people aren’t pros at posing, and that’s where I come in. I’ll guide you and your partner with gentle prompts to help you feel relaxed and natural. Before you know it, I’ll be capturing your genuine selves!
2. What should I wear for my photo session?
When it comes to what to wear for your session, I’ll send you a Styling Guide written by me after you book. It’s filled with tips on outfits, links to beautiful Pinterest boards, and all the info you need to help you shine on the day.
3. How would you describe your photography style?
As a filmmaker, I love capturing real moments of love in all their forms – whether it’s the sweet, intimate exchanges or the joyful bursts of laughter. That’s why I prefer to steer clear of Pinterest-style shot lists. My approach is both natural and cinematic, and while I’ll provide some guidance, I’m all about allowing those authentic moments to unfold. I’ll assist you in finding the ideal spots that showcase beautiful light on your faces and offer prompts to spark spontaneous interactions. 4. How many photos will we receive?
For a full day of wedding coverage, you can expect to receive over 600 edited images! I love to overshoot so you don’t miss any special moments or wonderful people. Additionally, if there are more beautiful moments captured, I’m happy to provide extra edited photos free of charge.
5. Are you covered by insurance?
Yes. I’m fully insured, with both public liability and professional indemnity coverage.
6. Should we provide you with a meal?
If our shoot lasts longer than five hours, I’d appreciate a meal. It helps me stay energised without having to leave the venue searching for food!

When you’re ready to secure your date, I’ll need a signed contract and a 50% deposit of the total package cost. 8. Do you accept bookings on short notice?
Absolutely. I do take last-minute bookings. Just let me know the details, and we can see what works.
9. Are you available to travel for our wedding?
I’m based in Sheffield but absolutely love to travel! For trips beyond a 10-mile radius from Sheffield, I charge 45p per mile. For destination weddings, there may be a little extra fee to cover flights and accommodation.
10. When can we expect to receive our photos?
You can expect to receive your wedding photos within 12 weeks. I also provide a sneak peek of 20 images within 72 hours, so you won’t have to wait too long to share a glimpse of your special day with loved ones.
11. Should we get a second shooter?
A second shooter is recommended for weddings with more than 50 guests and highly recommended for weddings with over 100 guests. A second shooter captures different angles, candid moments and alternate perspectives, ensuring no important moments are missed and enriching the overall wedding photography experience.
12. Do we get raw files of our photos?
In my process, what I do after I take the photo is just as important as capturing the image itself. That’s why I will only provide the edited images, which I will professionally edit myself. These final images truly showcase the quality of work you expect from me.
13. What’s the plan if it rains?
No worries at all. Let’s embrace the moment and make the most of it. Dancing in the rain can create some truly magical and unforgettable experiences. What really matters is the quality time you share with your partner. But if you’d prefer to stay dry and keep things laid-back, we can always reschedule for a sunnier day.
